Crispy Sesame Chicken

1 lb chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Rinse and dry chicken breast, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, then dredge chicken pieces in cornstarch.

Beat two eggs in a separate bowl.

In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour with seasonings.
