1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with sesame seeds.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a separate saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
