Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring more as it heats up.
Once boiling, set a timer for 3 minutes and continue stirring.
After 3 minutes, lower the heat and add in the butter and fluff, stirring quickly to combine.
Divide the mixture in half, mixing in the peanut butter chips into one half and chocolate chips into the other.
Allow the mixture to cool and solidify before serving.
