Add 500 grams of red beans to a pressure cooker.
Cover the beans with enough water.
Seal the pressure cooker and cook the beans for 20 minutes.
In another pot, add 500 grams of sweet potato, peeled and cut into small pieces.
Cover the sweet potatoes with enough water.
Add 15 cloves and 4 medium cinnamon sticks to the sweet potatoes.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
After 20 minutes, the red beans are cooked; reserve some beans in a container for later.
Add all the cooked beans to a blender.
Add 1 cup of the water used to cook the beans to the blender.
Blend well for 2 minutes.
Strain the blended mixture to avoid lumps.
Pour the strained bean mixture into a stainless steel pot.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 cup of sugar, stirring until dissolved.
Add 500 milliliters of whole milk and 350 milliliters of coconut milk, mixing to incorporate.
Wait for the mixture to start boiling, stirring occasionally.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes without covering.
After 15 minutes, check the consistency and stir to prevent burning.
Cook for an additional 15 minutes on medium heat without covering.
Add the reserved whole red beans and sweet potato to the mixture.
Finally, add raisins to taste and serve.
