1/4 cup water

2 drops of red Food coloring (optional)
1 tsp Cornstarch
4 tbsp Water
200ml (1 cup) whipping cream
226g softened Cream cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Sour Cream (optional)
200g Marie Biscuits or Graham crackers
56g (4 tbsp) melted Butter

Gather all the ingredients: strawberries, water, sugar, food coloring, cornstarch, whipping cream, cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon juice, sour cream, biscuits or graham crackers, and melted butter.

Prepare the strawberry jam sauce by combining 500g strawberries, 1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 drops of red food coloring (if using), 1 tsp cornstarch, and 4 tbsp water in a saucepan. Cook until thickened and set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine 200ml whipping cream, 226g softened cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp sour cream (if using). Mix until well combined and creamy.

Crush the 200g Marie biscuits or graham crackers and mix with 56g melted butter to form the crust.

In cute little cups, layer the crust, followed by the cream cheese filling, and then the strawberry jam sauce.

Chill the cups in the fridge until set.

Once chilled, top with chopped strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream for decoration.
