Combine bread flour, rye flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture along with melted butter and mix until combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and add caraway seeds and orange zest, mixing well.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise until it reaches the top of the pan, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
