1/2 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon olive or peanut oil
Marinade:
1/2 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
1 tablespoon Chinese black vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking soda
Kung Pao Sauce:
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon thick soy sauce or dark soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/3 cup chicken broth or water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
