1 tbsp Ginger, julienned
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
7 Thai red chili, optional
15 Dry Red Chili, halved
1 tbsp Sichuan Peppercorn, crushed
¼ cup Red Bell Pepper
¼ cup Yellow Bell Pepper
1 + 1 tbsp Cornstarch
¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
2 bunch Scallion, both white and green part
2 tbsp Peanuts, roasted
