Fishcake Soup

Assorted Fishcake Package: mixed fishcakes & soup base
5 cups of water
1/2 radish
1/2 yam cake
2 strands dried kelp (dashima)
4 tbsp. of udon/tempura sauce

Add 5 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the assorted fishcake package to the boiling water.

Slice the radish and yam cake, then add them to the pot.

Add the dried kelp (dashima) to the pot.

If the soup base is not included in the fishcake package, add 4 tablespoons of udon/tempura sauce to the pot.

Simmer for about 20 minutes.
