Boil 6 cups of water.

Trim excess skin and fat from chicken thighs, leaving some skin intact.

Cut lemon in half, remove seeds, and squeeze lemon juice over chicken.

Rinse chicken after cleaning with lemon.

Pour boiling water over chicken and soak for about a minute, then drain.

Place chicken in a pot and add adobo seasoning, garlic seasoning, onion powder, black pepper, and sazon seasoning; mix well.

Turn heat to medium and add roasted garlic and herb sauce on top of chicken; cover and cook for 30 minutes.

After 10 minutes, check chicken and cover again for another 20 minutes.

Fry chicken thighs in oil for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked.
