2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 cups water
2 medium tomatoes
2 medium carrots
2 scallions
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 medium potatoes
1/4 cup cilantro

Wash and clean the chicken.

Season the chicken with diced onion, thyme, pimento pepper, and garlic.

Add ground cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, ground allspice, and salt to the chicken.

Mix in curry powder and combine everything well with the chicken.

Cover the chicken and let it marinate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
