Peel and dice 2 medium apples.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and ½ tsp cinnamon to the apples and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add 70g sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon to the apple mixture and stir.
Remove the crust from 10-12 slices of bread and roll them out until flattened.
Spread 120g cream cheese on the flattened bread slices.
Place the apple mixture on one end of each slice and roll it up tightly.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add about 1 tbsp butter.
In a bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 45 ml milk.
Dip each roll in the egg mixture, coating well.
Place the rolls seam-side down in the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, turning as needed.
