100 g granulated sugar
2 branches cinnamon
1 ½ tablespoons vanilla
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 unit eggs
160 milliliters evaporated milk
2 unit egg yolks

Combine the whole milk and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.

Gradually add the warm milk mixture to the egg mixture, whisking constantly to prevent curdling.

Pour the mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
