3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
3 medium eggs
1/3 cup plain yogurt
Zest of 2 lemons
4 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
1 cup icing sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
2-3 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius.

Line a 9x9 inch square pan with foil.

In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, lemon juice, yogurt, and zest of lemon. Stir until well combined.

Add the flour and baking powder, and continue stirring until smooth.

Add the oil and stir by hand until smooth and fluffy.

Spread lemon bar batter in the pan and bake for about 20 minutes.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Lift out of the pan and spread glaze over the lemon square bar.

Let glaze dry before cutting and serving.

For the glaze: In a bowl, combine icing sugar, zest of 1 lemon, and lemon juice. Stir by hand until smooth.
