2 teaspoons water

Prepare an 11 by 7 inch pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining the bottom with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Mix together briefly.

In another bowl, add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons oil, the zest of a lemon, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon lemon extract. Mix everything together by hand until combined.
