Ingredients
- ●2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp onion powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp paprika
- ●1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- ●1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like chives or parsley)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the full-fat cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
- 3Add the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture.
- 4Mix all the ingredients until well combined and a thick batter forms.
- 5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 6Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- 7Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon to form a crisp shape.
- 8Sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs on top of each crisp for added flavor.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- 10Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
