Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the full-fat cottage cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. 3Add the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the cheese mixture.
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients until well combined and a thick batter forms.
  5. 5Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. 6Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. 7Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon to form a crisp shape.
