1 1/3 cup water (for sweet chili sauce)
1/8 cup cassava starch (for sweet chili sauce)
1 teaspoon anato powder (optional)
2 cups white vinegar (for cucumber vinegar)
1/4 cup patis (fish sauce)
1 tablespoon iodized salt
1 cup white sugar (for cucumber vinegar)
3 cloves minced garlic (for cucumber vinegar)
