Peel and boil 4 potatoes in salted water.

Cut the boiled potatoes into pieces and mash them roughly with a fork.

In a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and sauté 1 finely chopped onion until slightly cooked.

Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and sauté well.

Add 250 gm of boneless chicken cut into chunks and mix well.

Add a little water, cover, and cook the chicken on low flame for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.

Add 1 & 1/2 tbsp of tikka masala and 1 tsp of chicken powder, mixing well and cooking for a few seconds to eliminate rawness.

Add the roughly mashed potatoes to the chicken mixture and mix properly.

Add 2 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves and mix well to complete the filling.

In a bowl, strain 2 cups of refined wheat flour and add 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of oil.

Knead a soft dough by gradually adding water, then cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the rested dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each into a peda.

Roll each peda into a thin roti-like shape.

Cook the rolled dough on a tawa, flipping to cook both sides well.

Spread chili garlic sauce on the cooked bread, add the filling, and top with mayonnaise and grated cheese.

Fold the bread in half to form the taco.

Toast the folded taco in a buttered pan, flipping to cook both sides until crispy.
