Remove stems from mushrooms and clean them.

Prepare flour with salt and black pepper in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat 2 eggs and mix in 1 tablespoon of Sriracha.

In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with 1/2 tablespoon of Tango Joe's Tango Verde and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.

Spray olive oil in the air fryer basket.

Dredge a mushroom in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg wash, keeping one hand dry.

Coat the egg-dipped mushroom in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

If the breadcrumbs don't stick well, return the mushroom to the egg wash and then back to the breadcrumbs.

Place the mushrooms stem down in the air fryer basket.

Set the air fryer to 4 (high) and cook for 10 minutes.
