In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Whisk together until well combined.
