Fold the dough into thirds, like a letter, and roll out again into a rectangle.
Cut the dough into triangles and place a dollop of cream cheese and fruit preserves at the base.
Roll the triangles from the base to the tip, forming a crescent shape.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; brush with egg wash.
Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven at 375°F until golden, about 15-20 minutes.
Cool slightly before drizzling with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice.
