In a large bowl, add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream.

Whisk the cream until it forms stiff peaks.

Add 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream.

Add about half a dram of cotton candy flavoring and fold it into the mixture.

Divide the mixture into two separate bowls.

In one bowl, add blue food coloring and fold until the color is even.

In the other bowl, add a couple drops of pink food coloring and fold until the color is even.

Prepare a freezer-safe dish and fill it with spoonfuls of the pink and blue mixtures randomly.

Tap down the dish to even things out.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn, pressing it down to the ice cream surface.

Place the dish in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, preferably overnight.

After 6 hours, remove the cotton candy ice cream from the freezer and scoop some out to taste.
