Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into a large bowl.

Whisk the cream until it forms stiff peaks, which takes about 2 minutes.

Add 14 ounces (one can) of sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream.

Add approximately 5-6 drops of cotton candy flavoring to the mixture.

Fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until the mixture is one consistent color, being careful not to over mix.

Divide the mixture into two separate bowls, keeping half in the original bowl.

Add 4-5 drops of royal blue food coloring to one bowl and mix until consistent in color.

Add 4-5 drops of pink food coloring to the other bowl and mix until consistent in color.

Take a freezer-safe dish and start layering the ice cream by placing blobs of one color next to the other, alternating as desired.

If desired, create a swirl pattern with the colors, but avoid over swirling to prevent mixing them into purple.

Cover the ice cream with plastic wrap, pressing it down to prevent air gaps, and then cover with a lid.

Place the dish in the freezer for at least four hours.
