Prepare the marinade in a beaker by mixing light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, Chinese rose wine, toasted sesame oil, white pepper, five spice, pink curing salt, garlic, ginger, red food dye, and red fermented tofu.
