Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. 3Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. 4Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. 5Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  6. 6Add desired toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and black olives.
  7. 7Drizzle olive oil over the toppings for added flavor.
  8. 8Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper over the pizza.

  5. 5Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a baking stone or an inverted baking sheet inside to heat up.
  6. 6Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and let them rest for 10 minutes.
