Spicy Honey Chicken Strips

750g Boneless Chicken Strips
3 tbsp Maida
¼ Cup Cornflour
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp MSG
¼ Cup Water
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
¼ Cup Red Chilli Paste
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
¼ Cup Water
3 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Spring Onions Whites (chopped)
2 tbsp Spring Onions Greens (chopped)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

To a bowl, add the chicken strips, cornflour, maida, salt, black pepper, msg and water.

Mix well till the chicken is coated well with the batter.

Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the chicken till golden brown and crispy.

Heat a wok, add ginger and garlic. Saute till it turns light brown.

Add the red chilli paste and cook it for 2 minutes on a medium flame.

Add water and honey and mix till a thick sauce is formed.

Add the fried chicken, spring onions and toss on a high flame till the chicken is coated completely with the sauce.

Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve it hot.
