1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Cornflour
Salt to Taste

Soak the glutinous rice in cold water for 2 to 3 hours.

Chop the carrot into very small cubes.

Finely chop the spring onions and ginger.

Place the pork, carrot, spring onions, ginger, salt, egg and oyster sauce in a mixing bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together, then add 2 Tbsp of cornflour and mix.

Take 1 Tbsp of mixture and roll with your hand to form a ball, place onto a dish.

Remove glutinous rice from water and drain, place onto a dish.

Roll each meatball in the rice ensuring an even coverage. Then place onto a dish for steaming.

Place the meatballs in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.

Transfer the meatballs to a dish, garnish and serve.
