Prepare ingredients: Roughly chop kulantro and garlic.
Roughly chop hot peppers, wearing gloves for safety.
Add 1 cup of distilled white vinegar to the blender.
Layer hot peppers, kulantro, and garlic in the blender.
Add 1 to 1.5 tbsp sea salt to the blender.
Blend the mixture until desired consistency is reached.
Pour the first portion of the sauce into an 8 oz coffee bottle, filling to the top and sealing it.
For the second portion, add 1.5 to 3 tbsp yellow mustard to the blended sauce and blend again until incorporated.
Pour the second portion into another 8 oz bottle and seal it.
Let the bottles sit in the sun for a few days to meld flavors.
