6 oz extra virgin olive oil
5 oz honey
1 ripe banana
cinnamon (to taste)
cardamom (to taste)
1

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2

In a 13x8 inch sheet pan, add 1 18oz canister of old-fashioned oats.

3

Add 1 cup of almond flour to the oats.

4

Add 2 cups of flat almonds to the mixture.

5

Add 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans to the mixture.

6

Add seasonings like cinnamon and cardamom to taste.

7

Pour in 6 oz of extra virgin olive oil.

9

Mash in 1 ripe banana to the mixture.

10

Use your hands to squeeze the mixture together, ensuring there are no dry oats and forming clusters.
