Clean the Lotus and chop it, peel off the skin, clean and rinse again, then slice into thin slices.

Prepare 1 carrot and 150 g of peanuts, clean and rinse the peanuts several times.

Take 8 to 10 pieces of Chinese red dates and clean them.

Clean and rinse GOI Berry.

Clean 250 g of por creps with hot boiling water, then drain out the water.

Boil the por creps along with the Lotus, carrot, and Chinese red dates.

After the water is boiling, add in the peanuts, close the pan, and cook on very low heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

After 30 minutes, add in the GOI Berry and 1 teaspoon of salt.

After about an hour, the soup is ready to serve.
