Baked Sweet Potatoes

4 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Rinse and scrub the sweet potatoes, then dry them.

Make slits in the sweet potatoes with a fork or sharp knife to relieve pressure while cooking.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake the sweet potatoes for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on their size.

While the potatoes are baking, soften the butter and cream cheese in a bowl.
