Heat some vegetable oil in a pan.
Dice up garlic and sauté it in the heated oil until it starts to get golden and fragrant.
Add Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and pepper to the sautéed garlic.
Stir in some sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
Add a little sesame oil to the sauce and mix it together.
Dice up green onion and add it to the sauce.
Once the fries are done cooking, drop them into the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
