Add 2.5 deciliters of water to a bowl.

Add 15 grams of fresh yeast and 0.5 tablespoon of sugar to the water and stir.

Add white all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir again.

Knead the dough with your hands until it is soft and sticky.

Remove excess flour and return the dough to the bowl.
