2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed brown rice
1 cup puffed whole wheat
1 cup puffed quinoa
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water or plant milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup agave or maple syrup (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: rolled oats, puffed grains, dried fruit, cinnamon, brown sugar (if using), and salt.
