Heat a kadhai and add 4 tablespoons of oil.

Once the oil is hot, add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped garlic and fry until it turns slightly golden.

Add 1 medium-sized sliced onion and sauté on high flame until it becomes translucent (about 1 minute).

Add the diced paneer and 1/2 cup of chopped green onions.

Add 1/2 cup of sliced bell pepper and sauté all the vegetables on high flame for 2 minutes, ensuring they remain crunchy.

Season with salt to taste and add 1 teaspoon of MSG (Ajinomoto) if desired.

Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mixing everything well.

Add the cooked rice (1.5 cups) that has been cooled for 1-2 hours after cooking in a pressure cooker with a little salt and water.

Finally, add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix thoroughly before turning off the flame.
