1 tablespoon Chinese shao xing wine
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup Chinese char siu barbecue pork
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 onion

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, Chinese shao xing wine, and sugar.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

Heat a decent amount of oil in a wok.

Add chunky garlic to the oil and cook until crispy and golden.

Add chopped onion to the wok once the garlic is golden.

Add Chinese char siu barbecue pork to the wok and mix.

Push the mixture to the side of the wok to make room for the eggs.
