1/2 cup roasted peanuts

Now add 1 pinch turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, and salt to taste to the bowl.

Mix everything well.

Turn the gas on again and add 2 tablespoons oil to the same kadhai.

Once the oil is hot, add 1/2 cup roasted peanuts and roast them well.

Add the roasted peanuts to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Finally, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and mix everything well.
