Prepare the egg by beating it well.

Line the cake pan with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 160°C.

For the crust, mix crumbled Oreo biscuits and milk. Place into the cake tin and press firmly over the crust.

Add granulated sugar to the cream cheese and mix until smooth.

Add Matcha and mix well.

Add egg, heavy cream, and sifted flour in that order, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the filling into the tin.

Bake the cake for 40 minutes.

Once cooled to room temperature, remove from the tin and place in the fridge to chill overnight for better texture.
