Cut the tops off the red, green, and yellow bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Boil the hollowed peppers in water for about 5 minutes to soften them.

Dice the good parts of the tops of the peppers and set aside for the filling.

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add 1 diced medium onion; cook for about 2 minutes until tender.

Add the diced pepper tops and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic; cook for another minute.

Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet and brown for 5 to 7 minutes.

Season the beef mixture with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

Stir in 1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

Add 3/4 cup of Italian style blend cheese to the mixture and let it melt.
