250g Persian Reshteh or Spaghetti
3 cups boiling Water
Plain Yogurt or Kashk (chakkah) 2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons Canola Oil
1 teaspoon Dry Mint
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
