1/4 cup milk
6 Tbsp self-raising flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Into a standard size coffee mug, place 2 Tbsp of butter.

Add 1/4 cup of milk to the mug.

Microwave for about 30 seconds until the butter is melted and combined with the milk.

Add 6 Tbsp of self-raising flour (or 6 Tbsp of plain flour with 1/4 tsp of baking powder).

Add 2 Tbsp of brown sugar and 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.

Add a pinch of salt and 1 Tbsp of vanilla extract.

Mix everything together with a fork until well combined.

Sprinkle a little bit of sugar and a little bit more cinnamon on top.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes, keeping an eye on it. If it rises too much, stop the microwave and let it go down before continuing until the 2 minutes is reached.
