In a bowl add flour and ghee. Start adding little water and start kneading. Knead for 5-7 minutes until the dough comes together. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes.

In a pot add water and potatoes. Boil until potatoes are soft.

In a bowl add potatoes. Mash the potatoes. Add methi, cilantro, onion and green chili pepper. Mix it well. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds.

Take a dough. Make balls. Roll out the dough. Add ghee and potato mixture. Fold in all four sides. It should look like a square. Roll out the dough.

Heat a pan. Add the pratha to the pan. Spread some ghee on both sides. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
