Use a biscuit cutter to cut thinly sliced ham into small rounds.

Save the scrap pieces of ham and tear them up to use as well.

Line a 9x3 cake pan with Ritz crackers.

Slice swiss cheese using a cheese knife, cutting it into small pieces to lay on top of the ham.

Stack cheese together and slice it all at once if preferred, or tear it apart with hands.

Lay the sliced cheese on top of the ham on the Ritz crackers.

Add another Ritz cracker on top of each sandwich.

In a silicone prep bowl, mix melted butter, three onion seasoning, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together and stir.

Pour the sauce over the tops of the crackers.

Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of the sandwiches.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 10 minutes.
