Orange blossom water offers a similar floral note.

Cool the bowl in the freezer for about 2 hours before preparing the ice cream.

Take chilled Fresh Cream and beat it with a hand mixer for around 1 minute until thick.

Add 200 gm of Condensed Milk and beat again for around 1 minute.

Add 2 tsp of Rose Syrup and mix well, adjusting the amount to taste.

Add washed Rose petals, roughly torn by hand, and mix all well.

Transfer the mixture into a container and wrap it nicely with plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals.

Put the lid on firmly and freeze for 6-7 hours.

After 6 hours, take the ice cream out of the freezer, unwrap it, and serve.
