1 cup Sook Chana Dal (split chickpeas)
2 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 stick cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom
4 cloves
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 cup water
1 medium onions
1 cup cilantro
2 green chilies
1 large egg

2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup tamarind chutney
1/4 cup ketchup

Cook minced chicken in a frying pan on high heat.

Add Sook Chana Dal, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander seed, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, and water to the pan.
