Marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

4

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

5

Place the marinated pork in the oven and cook for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting with a honey and sauce mixture every 35 minutes.

6

After 35 minutes, check the pork and baste with the honey sauce mixture.

7

Rotate the tray to ensure even cooking.

8

After 45 minutes, flip the pork over to coat the other side with sauce and transfer to a new pan to avoid burning.

9

Baste the pork again with the honey and sauce mixture and return to the oven for an additional 20 to 25 minutes.

10

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing.
