Add chopped organic celery and onion; sauté until softened.

Season shrimp, scallops, and crab with salt and add to the skillet with onions and celery.

Cook seafood until done, then chop it into smaller pieces in the pan.

Pour seafood stock into the mixture and bring to a boil.

Add organic herbs seasoned stuffing to the mixture and stir.

Lower the heat and add sage, thyme, and black pepper; stir to combine.

Add 1 egg to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish.

Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes until browned on top.
