1 1/2 Cups Luke warm water
1 Tbsp Olive oil or any oil

In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients & make a whole with a spoon in the middle.

Add water & mix until well combined.

Add oil & knead for around 8-10 minutes or until the dough is no longer sticky.

Transfer the dough to a bowl & let it rise for about 45 minutes. The dough will now be triple the size.

Knead the dough again for +-1 minutes & cup it into circles.

Set them aside for about 5 minutes.

On a medium heat fry your fat cakes until they turn golden brown.
