Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 package of firm tofu, 8 medjool dates, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup plant-based milk to the blender.
Blend the mixture until super smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a cheesecake tin.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Let it cool in the fridge before serving.
