Known as 'ramyeon', it is often enjoyed late at night or during cold weather, symbolizing convenience and warmth. Today, it has inspired countless variations, with unique toppings and flavors reflecting local tastes, making it a beloved dish worldwide.

Canned tuna is often more affordable.
Open the package of dry instant noodles (MeeGo rings, spicy).
Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Prepare a cheese sauce by melting butter in a pan.
Add flour to the melted butter and whisk until combined.
Add milk to the flour mixture and whisk until it thickens and bubbles.
Grate cheddar cheese into the sauce and whisk until smooth.
Taste the flavor packets and decide how much to use; add chili and MSG to the noodles.
Add a bit of boiling water to the noodles to help bind the dish.
Combine the cheese mixture with the noodles and toss together until well mixed.
Top the dish with sriracha, sesame seeds, and chili oil before serving.
For the beef ramen, boil water and add curry ramen noodles.
Once boiling, add all flavor packets from the curry ramen.
In a pan, heat oil and cook sliced ribeye steak, adding soy sauce while cooking.
Add freeze-dried vegetables to the boiling ramen.
After 5 minutes, taste the curry ramen and add miso if desired.
Drop an egg into the boiling water to cook.
Slice the cooked ribeye and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the soup to a bowl, add steak slices, bean sprouts, scallions, and a hard-boiled egg.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
For the peanut noodles, heat peanut oil in a pan and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
Boil water and prepare the ramen in a cup with freeze-dried vegetables.
Add boiling water to the ramen cup and cover.
Prepare the sauce by mixing peanut butter and coconut cream in the pan until smooth.
Add fish sauce and a portion of the ramen flavor packet to the sauce.
Strain the broth from the ramen and mix the noodles with the sauce until coated.
Serve the noodles in a bowl and top with spring onions, parsley, basil leaves, chili flakes, and sesame oil.
